Happiness Inside Each Moment

Happiness Inside Each Moment

Every breath you take, every thought you think and the very beat of your heart echoes loudly within the confines of your presence. Are you hearing it? There's a vibration in your idleness that penetrates your core. Are you feeling it? The power of your existence resides inside each of these precious moments. Are you paying attention?

We are all simply the expansion of every moment collected within our being. When you embrace times of pleasure your expansion builds to that of joy and excitement for life. In contrast, the opposite is also true. You are never outside of this principle. So, whether you are directing this development or not, it continues, ever expanding.

Realizing how powerful this truth is may help you determine how you choose to spend your moments. The most significant time in your life is inside this particular moment, right here, right now. It is this moment that can direct your future. As you consider this moment, recognize how you feel, really experience the vastness and depth of every sensation.

Being intensely present inside every moment is the absolute most significant place to reside. So, knowing your moments design your future, how do you cope in the midst of a broken heart, the pain of an accident or the agony of loss? You can never deny the contrast of life, the ups and the downs, the happy and sad. However, it is in these diverse moments that opportunity is present.

Oddly enough, this is where power is increased. It is as powerful as the ricochet of a tennis ball off of the court after a serve. Just as the ball increases velocity, so does your vibrational pull in the midst of despair. Taking advantage of this opportunity will always provide miraculous results. However, few find the courage to reach for something better, and instead give way to their pain.

A client of mine was immensely content. She had a great job, financially sound and pleased with her environment. Life was a breeze and she had all that she desired, or so she thought. Midway through the Country's latest economic crisis she was informed of losing nearly $500,000. This was every bit of her inheritance, her life savings and retirement, all was gone. I'm sure you'll agree that is devastating.

First she questioned her reality, if she was ever truly happy. Then she saw the opportunity! That is the moment she really began living. She always thought she knew what she wanted, little did she know, she hadn't even begun to live. It was the first time in her life she considered her deepest desires outside of her regular routine. She had a clean slate on which to move forward and she took advantage of it.

Two years later, she is living with great passion and moving through every day with purpose. Her finances are coming together in ways she didn't originally think possible and she's truly happy. The day she asked herself, "Now what?" her tragic loss became her greatest blessing. As she explains, "Losing that money was the greatest thing that ever happened to me." This is true only because she utilized each moment as a vision for her future.

Every time you experience a painful moment you have a choice. You can remain in the pain, become the pain of your circumstance, and that too will expand. Or, you can catapult your life to a greater existence, utilizing your moments to envision your future instead of giving them away to your past, and prolonging your hurt. Knowing how you're residing inside your moments is your biggest step in awareness. When you recognize your desires to be more significant than your past pain, you'll be positioned to embrace your moments with passion for a better future.
They say, "Don't live in the past." However, there is nothing wrong with living in the past, as long as it's supporting your present. If living in the past offers positive, healthy, productive and supportive moments for you, then by all means continue choosing that. The past is what vintage cars, antiques and classic rock are all about. The question is; is it bringing a positive experience to your present moments?

At the end of the day, in your silence, deep in the recesses of your mind is the depth of your reality, built by all your moments combined. When you're paying attention, listening to your individual truth and choosing positive thoughts and actions you will then be building the future of your greatest desires. It all starts inside this little moment.

There is no one on this planet more significant than you! Your moments are just as powerful and significant as anyone's. The focus given to your moments becomes the building blocks for your future. Seize the day! Recognize your power! Inside every moment give attention to your desires. There is no greater task in life than designing your future inside the moment.
